How do I subscribe?
A licensed HRnext Service Provider in your area will arrange a demonstration of the system for you. After that, your Service Provider will give you complete implementation details, including an estimated timeline.
How hard is it to set up?
HRnext is probably the easiest HRIS to implement. You can be up and running in a matter of days. It is also very easy to use by anyone with any familiarity with computer use.
Is the installation of any hardware or software required?
No. HRnext is web-based and accessible from any device having an internet connection. You do not need to buy or install anything.
Do you offer any training?
Absolutely. Your Service Provider will train your designated users, and training videos are available to you at no charge.
How is my data protected?
We take data security very seriously. Our databases are hosted in Microsoft’s secure data centers, and the application is built with rigid adherence to state-of-the art-practices. Our Service Providers have created and demonstrated appropriate controls to protect the integrity of your data. Not that it can’t happen, but in over 10 years of use of our software, no subscriber has ever suffered a security breach.
Can I get more information about contract terms?
You bet. Just ask for a copy of our Client Services Agreement when you contact us.
Do I have options when it comes to continuing service?
Of course. We’re confident you’ll be very happy with HRnext, but if you ever decide to migrate to a different solution, we’ll do everything to make your transition from HRnext as seamless as possible.
